Large 8vo, 6 3/4 x 9 1/2 inches, 30 leaves, pp. [12], 1-41 verse printed recto/verso, [7]. The six woodcuts were designed and cut into type-high cherry wood blocks for this edition by Mary Azarian and printed, as was the type, by David Sellers on a Vandercook Universal I press. Types are Monotype Garamont Series 248, cast by Dan Carr at Golgonooza Letter Foundry in Ashuelot, New Hampshire. Paper is Rives Lightweight Buff. Signatures hand-sewn by Kathleen Sellers. Bound in book cloth-covered boards; letterpress-printed cover and spine labels. The edition comprises 50 copies, numbered 1-45 and printer's proofs I-V. Privately printed and not-for-sale.
The poet's posthumous sequel was printed fifteen months later:
